PP Mini Homes is releasing a new model created to meet a growing demand for a single, additional room in the back garden - a room that could be used for work, relaxation, or indeed the occasional guest.
With a strong design focus including dramatic exposed rafters, a warm interior palette, clever layout of space, and easy flow with the outdoor deck, the model achieves a spaciousness rarely experienced with these sized backyard pods.
At only 10m2, the PP Mini Homes Backyard Pod is likely not to require a building permit, thereby saving on costs for our clients, while still maintaining the quality and integrity of build that PP Mini Homes, Pleysier Perkins, and our builder partners are well known for.
The Backyard Pod comes is a range of colour and cladding options. The steel pergola, for example, is offered as a standard option in monument, which is essentially a charcoal grey (not quite black) that is often a favourite, though can be ordered in many other Colorbond steel colours. Cladding can be corrugated iron, but also barestone, for example.
